Sound baths are immersive experiences that use therapeutic sound and vibration to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Mandalas are circular patterns that symbolize wholeness and balance, found across cultures as tools for reflection and focus. In this guided painting experience, Gerry introduces simple dotting and pattern techniques using paint on stone or in a journal.
The repetition of shape and color creates a steady rhythm that helps calm the nervous system and anchor attention in the present moment. Each participant begins by setting a personal intention, allowing the creative process to become both reflective and restorative.
